Things to Check Before Making a Purchase
Container-Content Compatibility Test
The content may cause changes to the container shape (cracking, distortions, leaking).
We recommend you to test the sample containers with the content first.
Straw(hose)
If you’re purchasing pump containers individually, the straw length is either 180mm or 200mm,
depending on the product.
If you have an exact straw length in mind, please specify it in the note section. We will send the straw in that length.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange the product you’ve purchased when,
1) The product gets damaged during shipping,
2) The product fails to function properly,
3) The wrong product has been delivered.

The product you’ve purchased cannot be returned or exchanged if,
1) The product has been filled with content, regardless of the defect,
2) It’s been more than 7 days from the delivery date,

1) Customers have to bear the shipping fees for exchanges or returns for 'change-of-mind' purchases, change of color or change of model.

Things You Should Know Before Returning Your Product
After receiving your return request, the return process begins when the product you’ve purchased become eligible for return.
1) Please put the invoice inside the box when you return your product.
2) Please repackage the product safely and hand it to your delivery person.
3) Please make sure you don’t damage the waybill attached to the original box.
